SMOKY RIVER REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT ACT
NOTICE OF DECISION
In accordance with the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Smoky River Regional Water Management Commission been issued an amendment to an existing approval to operate the Smoky River Regional Waterworks System, located at SE 08-078-21-W5M. The amendment is for an upgrade to reduce Total Trihalomethanes in the treated water and update the Schedule 4 monitoring parameters.
The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act may provide you a right of appeal against this decision to the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board. You should note that there are strict time lines for filing an appeal dependent on the type of appeal. If you choose to appeal this decision, please contact:
